An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped or a shipping label has been created. 

You have the option of store credit or a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.


To cancel an order please complete the following:

1) TEXT OUR PHONE (530-)526-7461

2) Include name on order and order #

3) If you would like store credit added to your account for the full amount paid, or a refund to your payment method minus a 10% fee.

4) Include any or all items needed cancelled 

 Due to rapidly changing inventory, we are unable to switch out items (for another size, option, etc). 

Please allow up to 5 hours for a reply to your request to confirm the order cancellation. If no reply please resend your message. 

Refunds after receiving


Do to the nature of our products, we unfortunately do not offer refunds on any orders.. Before completing payment, please check that your order is correct with desired amount and style.

 If there is a defect (not functional)- please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will then asses the matter and can help you as quickly as possible. Damage due to shipping is not covered – please contact the postal service to discuss their insurance coverage if included. Wear and tear are not covered as a defect.


3 weeks from date of purchase. Store credit or exchange if possible. 

Quality Workmanship

Stitching imperfections can happen with handmade and are not defects. We reserve the right to award up to 10% store credit refund based on imperfections. 

With our products being handmade, human error can occur such as- sizing, color, texture and stitching. They may vary slightly one from another.
